The AgriCord Building Resilience Toolkit helps farmers' organizations assess climate risks and develop adaptation strategies for their members. The toolkit combines local knowledge and scientific data to identify vulnerabilities and prioritize feasible adjustments. It focuses on strengthening farmers' resilience, with attention to gender equality and vulnerable groups, and provides a foundation for participatory climate planning as part of a broader action plan.
